I am on the NORDC Teen Council, where us as teenagers are given the chance to voice the opinion on what we would like to see happen with issues in our communities. We come from 25 different schools and all different backgrounds and still are able to work as a team on making the biggest and best positive impact on youth of New Orleans. We were recently granted with a partnership with Chevron's Future Leaders Program and if that wasn't enough, I got an extended role in the program. I was selected to capture the entire program on camera. We have started the program and have done two days of community outreach and every thing has been going as planned with the Future Leaders Program.

2-Cent Christmas Video 2012

I have worked with 2-Cent diligently to make our annual Christmas video. Each year when we think it can't get any better than the last year, but the new product always seems to beat out the last. I feel like I have learned much more after 2011's Christmas video. I got to work the main camera much more and take B-roll with my camera. We worked hard and got it cranked out just in time to be shown at dinner tables all over on Christmas Day.
